All services are subject to a site inspection, material availability, and a formal written quotation. We are fully insured for all the roofing services we provide. Guarantees
We offer a 5-year guarantee on all roof repair works and a 10-year guarantee on all new roof installations. These guarantees cover workmanship and the quality of the installation only, and are provided in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in your formal written agreement.
Insurance
We are fully insured for all roofing works and related tasks, providing our customers with peace of mind that every job is carried out safely and professionally. Our insurance covers both property and liability, ensuring you are protected throughout the duration of the project.
Asbestos-Related Works
No guarantee is offered for any roofing works involving asbestos-containing materials. Due to the nature, age, and inherent risks associated with asbestos, we cannot provide assurances regarding long-term performance, condition, or compliance, and no responsibility is accepted for any issues arising after the completion of such works.
Liquid Roof Guarantee
Guarantees for liquid-applied roofing systems are only offered when the entire roof is completed in a single, continuous application. We are unable to provide a guarantee for sections where the liquid roof is joined to existing or “foreign” roofing materials, or where gaps, extensions, or unconnected areas are present. This ensures the integrity and durability of the roof is maintained for the duration of the guarantee.
Payment Terms
Customers are not required to make payment until the agreed works have been fully completed in accordance with the approved specification and they are 100% satisfied with the standard of workmanship. All payments are subject to the terms and conditions set out in the final written quotation and agreement, including confirmation that the works have been completed as agreed and any outstanding matters have been reasonably resolved.
